Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as Manager of Application Development. The Manager, Application Development will be responsible for technology solutions and delivery of key Retail IT projects. The Manager .NET Application Development is a liaison position coordinating Minute Clinic projects between Business and Minute Clinic IT. This Manager will be responsible for leading solutions and integration for Minute Clinic & Epic Applications including ETL Informatica jobs, web application and services and working with external vendors and other internal teams within CVS. This position will also be a key leader and a visionary to the technology direction and roadmap for Enterprise business capabilities in Minute Clinic.

The Manager .NET Application Development will influence business leaders and technical leads in achieving CVS Health strategic goals using reusable, highly reliable retail assets. The Manager will also be responsible for all stages of the Minute Clinic project life cycle PRF, BEG, Requirements, Design, Build, QA, Deploy and Warranty. This role will also serve as an integral partner in the business development process and ensure that assigned projects comply with the CVS Health roadmaps and standards. The Manager .NET Application Development will oversee projects and have meetings with architects and BAs as well as support PMs to ensure project timelines are met. This role will be provide technical expertise and mentor the team and the broader organization and provide inputs to designs and technical solutions to facilitate decision making and mitigate development and implementation risks.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with C# .NET (4.8/4.6.1) / Visual Studio 2022, ASP.NET, .Net Framework and .Net Core
• 3+ years experience in Architecting/Designing Microservice applications.
• 3+ years experience in Entity Framework WCF/Web Services, Web API
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Technology like Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal Project management experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Interfaces, Database design, message queues or other related technologies in a web environment
• Knowledge of PBM and Retail and any other applications, software products or hosted services used by CVS Caremark is desirable.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:

$97,335.00 - $201,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
